Marco Verdier is a proud restaurant owner of "Uncle Mokis"and a
certified personal trainer and coach with over 25 years of experience in the sports and fitness field. Marco has excelled as an athelete and has played semi-pro football, semi-pro basketball, tennis, track, martial arts, and more. Marco has trained hundreds of clients and is sought after by Hollywood Celebrities such as "Alyssa Milano" and "Catherine Bell." Marco is passionate about working with kids and he coaches youth sports camps for ages 5 and up in Northridge.
(You can also train with Marco at Gold's Gym in North Hollywood.)

Tamra Sullivan is passionate about promoting environmental health while giving back to charity. She hopes to get people involved in the community by offering charity fitness events and offering alternatives to living a greener and healthier life.

Tamra is not only a vegetarian/vegan health and fitness enthusiast but a animal advocate, environmentalist, and humanitarian. Her passion to start the Eco Fitness, "Get Lean Going Green, "came from her devoted involvement as a non profit organization leader. In 2007, Tamra and owner of See Spot Stay, Jill Gasparac, founded a 501c3 organization that is now called Animals, People, and Environment Action aka APe Action. (www.APeAction.org)
At the age of 4, Tamra Started gymnastics and competed well into her teens. Injuries led her to retire from gymnastics and involve herself in competitive sports while studying modern dance, ballet, jazz, and tap. Tamra was a competitive athlete in softball, cross country, track and field, soccer, diving, volleyball, and basketball. She attended CSU Fullerton where she was a double major in Musical Theater and Dance. Her training background also includes some pilates, yoga, dance therapy, and voice. Tamra has over 10 years experience in teaching dance and group fitness to all ages and levels. Each summer she coaches kids beginning tennis and athletics at Occidental College in Eagle Rock and at Lakeside Golf Club in Toluca Lake, Ca. Tamra will begin training the Men's Occidental College Tennis Team in the Fall of 2008.
